Hello, sir, longtime watcher. I do believe I started watching your videos in my 20s. I was panicking trying to make my first Thanksgiving turkey with my then fiance after telling his family I wouldn't mind trying my hand at it since no one else knew how to do it. I came across your first turkey video, and you sure saved our Thanksgiving! My first turkey came out as a success, and I thankfully did not poison anybody! I have fond memories of my husband and I blasting Christmas music (early, I know) while we fought getting the still frozen neck out of the turkey. We were so very young! I am well into my 30s now. You gave me the confidence I needed to venture into other meals I've never tried before. These homemade cinnamon rolls look absolutely divine. I may try and make these for Thanksgiving this year! I have always appreciated Chef John cutting stuff open and showing us the results. So many cooking channels end with the finished dish, and never talk about how it actually turned out. Same goes for showing us the mistakes. I've always learned more from mistakes than successes.번역 보기
