Right now the main weather "weapons" are coming from HARP. Radio frequencies. One in Alaska and a bigger one in Antarctica. This is not a "conspiracy theory" but FACTS. This has been the coolest summer since 1973.I have Never seen a rainier summer in Fairbanks. All this manmade tweaking of the Weather needs to STOP!! Period.
