This is why you have to carry some type of protection or have a plan: 1) If you are in a urban area jump on a parked car, many people have done this and saved their own lives and saved themselves from further injury. If you damage the car in the process, it's still better than your life taken or disfigurement and amputation. Plus the car owner can sue the dog owner. 2) Carry some type of protection, pepper spray, cane, stun baton or pew, pew. Anything can help 3) Walk or jog in pairs or group I notice how no one mentioned the size or type of dog that was roaming the neighborhood and k!lled these two happy little dogs, but most of us can imagine what type of dog that k!lled the 2 small dogs. And my condolence to the lady who was also injured and for the loss of her dogs, This could have been worse if that loose dog attacked the lady more than it did or if no one stepped in to help. And to also know that this was not the first time this dog attacked someone. And now the owners are trying to re-home the dog in another state so it can happen there too. These dog attacks are far more dangerous than most people think. So far this year 54 people where k!lled by dogs in United States alone in 2026, below are the numbers: 5 de@th involved a Cane Corso 40 de@ths involved a bully breed pit bull type dog or pit bull mix. 1 de@th involved a English Mastiff 1 de@th involved a Heeler mix 1 de@th involved a German Shepherd 5 de@ths involved dogs which the authorities have not yet disclosed. And most of the time they are protecting the breed of dog or the family member that owns them. My sources come from Google AI, YouTube videos, News reports, CDC Wonder database, Animals 24-7, Facebook, Reddit, and Police reports and court records. And if you need more detailed information, just ask me in the comments. And for the full year of 2025 there were 82 fatal dog attacks on people and 91% of those fatal attacks involved a bully breed, pit bull type dog or pit bull.번역 보기
