Who else grew tired of Joe Davis? The excitement of the crowd wasn't enough for this clown? The endless "short stories" and useless statistics many times mumbled, like so much detritous. I know Smoltz was an excellent pitcher, but my gawd. The analysis was mind numbing, discussing angles and arm versus body rotations and being under, not over the delivery...blah blah. Here's a STAT for ya Joe, how about the Rays' batters standing and watching 87% of first pitches in the Series? It is a miracle the the Rays'scored period, much less got on base. 8 out of 10 batters for the Rays' only had 2 strikes to work with. At least a Little Leaguer will swing at most anything over the plate. If you pay someone 5 million to swing a bat as part of his job, to then instruct him to "watch" 1 of 3 opportunities blow by, then some serious analysis needs to occur. It was disturbing watching the Rays'batters try and remove the cover off the ball, a😊lmost every swing. These guys have access to video right? So, how could they go to the plate and seem bewildered about what was going to be thrown? It is unreal that the Rays'won 98 games. Either that says very little about the parity across the League, or the Rays'were simply not prepared. Congrats to Milwaukee, well done.번역 보기
