Why do Pakistani dramas act like abaya = middle class, backwards & no personality? 😭 Hurmat’s issue is her confidence, NOT her abaya. Like why does she have to take it off to suddenly have a personality, ambition & confidence?? This mindset is so outdated pls 😭 Hope they don’t make Hurmat ditch her abaya just to show her “growth” 😭 Her confidence can grow without changing what she wears. Of u agree just like>>>>>번역 보기

As a Muslim woman, I didn’t really like the way this part was portrayed. Abaya or burqa should never be shown as something that takes away a woman’s independence or stops her from enjoying life. A Muslim woman can be independent, confident, educated, and enjoy her university life while still choosing to observe hijab. Independence and modesty don’t have to be opposites. 🤍번역 보기
