As a former griller at chipotle at the brea mall and fullerton locations, I can say it's def better than McDonalds but if you're super locked in then it isn't good enough. The chicken is cooked in sunflower oil as well as the chips, also the vinaigrette is mostly made up of it as well. I recommend steak because we don't cook it in any oil, just straight on the grill but it is precooked so it was probably cooked in seed oils beforehand. Plus I've met some other grillers who weren't trained right and they cook it in oil so you could be getting double oil sometimes actually. I'm not sure what the ingredients are on the adobe marinade the chicken and steak get but I'm sure they're not good. I would avoid the beans because I don't really like the beans, from chipotle but depending on the location, they'll be cooked in a retherm which is a container with very hot boiling water and the beans come in plastic bags (so do the sofritas and queso) so it's just a microplastic bomb. We do use plastic cutting boards to cut all of our produce. There's more things that aren't locked in but that's just off the top of my head. Great vid Brendan. Hopefully I can win the Santa Cruz paleo product, you've helped me lose so much weight.번역 보기
