My mother passed away several decades ago and it was only last year that I could finally bear to deal with her last summer’s canning.. Somehow, while her jars were still full she was still here, in a small way. Now I use her jars, standing at the sink, peeling and filling, brining and salting like I did with her — side by side. . She will always be here as we continue to preserve summer bounty.번역 보기
