I think they need to continue with making Animal Crossing game. Definitely to much decorating. Not enough with interactions in new horizons. They could have done so much more with New Horizons than what they did.번역 보기

As someone who lost a semester in college to New Leaf, the only real difference is that New Leaf didn't need content updates to have that feeling of endless things to do. In New Leaf you kinda had to try to run out of things to do before reaching a 5-min a day point, compared to New Horizons where you can run out of things to do pretty quickly into the game, you really had to try to sink in an 8 hour day playing vs. New Leaf where you would lose 8 hours번역 보기

I started with Animal Crossing on Gamecube so I've lived through many of the games and loved every one. I have over 6000 hours in New Horizons and I'm the target demographic for decorating and being able to tear down whole islands to create a world of my own from the ground up. But I will say, New Leaf had so much charm because of other features. As did Wild World. Mini Games, villagers with spice, the fun holidays and events, the recycling dump, Booker and Copper, the fun scenes on trains between riding to other peoples towns, the post office, waiting til the exact time to see Pete fly down to deliver mail to your mail box, learning their dialogues and realizing Pete had a crush on Phyllis but her younger sister Pelly is crushing on Pete. Stuff like that made the town feel REAL. The villagers had LIVES outside you. So because of that, New Horizons villagers fell flat for me. Also them randomly moving away if you didn't come back for a while and leaving you a goodbye letter and randomly coming back or sending letters... I miss that. Holidays also fell flat for me. It felt very cookie cutter. The holidays feel like grinding events just to unlock more furniture and I wish there were more interactive elements. More hidden little cookies to find that are just for fun (like the clovers). Also RIP the years of trauma from Resetti telling me he was deleting my game cause I kept losing power during thunderstorms on Game Cube. I can't believe I miss being bullied, but maybe that's the nostalgia of being judged for whatever outfit I slapped together that didn't match at all and believe me Abigail let me KNOW it! I hope the next game keeps all the wonderful building stuff, but expands more on making the village feel lived in and charming again with interactive elements, more lore again, and just those NPCs who made things feel special (drawing Blanca's face and seeing her randomly visit with whatever horror you drew her). And in this day and age... bring back the mini games for the online stuff. I've never even bothered with New Horizons dream islands or visiting friends aside from shooting star farming. Cause aside from trading furniture or recipes there was really nothing else to do.번역 보기
