Thanks for confirming what I had already suspected: the Pixel's signal/modem is total trash. For those who don't understand the last test: dbm is the real measure of signal strength, and every +3 dbm increase means double the signal strength. So where you showed the OnePlus getting - 73dbm and the Pixel 11 Pro XL getting - 87dbm, the OnePlus phone is getting over 4x the signal strength of the Pixel. This explains why my OnePlus 12R was wiping the floor with the Pixel -- not only by getting better speeds, but less than a quarter of the network drops that I got during my commute on my Pixel 10 Pro, with the OnePlus latching onto a new tower in under 5 seconds vs 30+ seconds on the Pixel and holding onto reception far better in low signal areas. The speed tests don't really matter, because they can depend on network throttling/congestion etc, but dBm strength is something that will be unaffected by network traffic. There goes the only possible reason that Pixel 10 users had for "upgrading" to this disaster of a phone.번역 보기

I'd rather see you test them all on the same network. I'm on Google Fi (T-Mobile), and at work, my status bars are pegged, while on my old Pixel 8 Pro, they never were. On my new Pixel 11 Pro XL, I've consistently seen over 700Mbps on 5G at work (with WiFi turned off). Just now, I only had 2 bars, and I still pulled 175Mbps. A lot depends on congestion, the signal at your current location, and a slew of other variables. No one phone is going to be perfect for everyone, but I NEVER saw over 200Mbs on 5G with my P8P. It's rare that I see UNDER 200 with the P11PXL. The radios are definitely better than what I had before. Are they better than a Samsung or an iPhone? Who the heck knows? I upgraded specifically for the better, faster, more consistent 5G connection than I was getting with my old phone, and that's exactly what I got.번역 보기
