Jinshi's identity is one of the things that makes Apothecary Diaries fun. For the most part unless it's to impart a major clue we only see and know what Maomao sees or can imagine. There was a moment last season where Maomao was mulling over the inconsistencies regarding Jinshi and the hidden Imperial Brother and she almost just bluntly said "Jinshi is the Imperial Brother" but instead went "none of my business lmao". When Jinshi goes to his office after the garden party, Gaoshun pulls a hairpin with the imperial symbol out of Jinshi's hair and tells him to hide it. There's also when Ah Duo was leaving, she went with a bottle of liquor to talk to Maomao on top of the wall, then Maomao later fell onto Jinshi who says that he had been drinking with someone who left then kicked him out when they returned (Ah Duo). It's why I said last time that you need to take notes of EVERYTHING if you want to predict or unravel mysteries, because they just show you things and move on.번역 보기

I heard from a doctor that a gut feeling is your brain recognizing a pattern. Maomao has soooo many gut feelings in this series but refuses to look into them further cuz she knows she will be put in the middle of a politically mess or to work on things other than her passion .. her medicines. She basically goes “not my circus not my monkeys” but like she feeds the monkeys so like make up your mind Maomao 😂번역 보기

11:53 So another fun character trait of Maomao that we come to learn is that her internal monologues don't always stay internal. There are many scenes where it looks like she's talking to herself but she is in actual fact saying all these unhinged things aloud. 😂번역 보기
