My only concern is by reducing the price, you do open animals up to more people that either may not have the resources to provide good care for them, or may grab them at a low price just to abuse them. Unfortunately this happens all to often. It is one of the main reasons shelters are so full.번역 보기

As they should cut fees the price to adopt can be as much as $500 thats the price of a pure breed dog in some breeds. These babies need home's not to be packed into shelters. They are already confused and abandoned. 😢 so sad번역 보기
