The description is in Japanese, so here is what she is actually singing about. She is singing to someone who has already left town. The whole song is one August evening being played back — a summer festival, long hair moving in the wind, a sunset burning somewhere far off, and a small hand she once held. Halfway through she tells that person they are a terrible liar, and asks them to please just say the things that matter out loud. Then at the very end she does it herself, far too late. That is the shape of it: a confession that arrives after the person is gone, sung as if the summer were still going. Not a translation — just what the song is about.
