For the folks that can't eat peanut butter, you can substitute it with Tahini (Sesame Paste), when I make my version of "enhanced noodles", I put Tahini, boiling water, soy sauce and sesame oil into a cup and mix well (this is the classic Dan Dan Mein base). The rest is like Andy says - whatever protein I have (pork mince is my go to, but it really can be anything I have left over like chicken, steak, bacon etc), spring onions, coriander and yes the non negotiable - chilli crisp. Love these videos mate - I've spent 24 years away from Aus, mostly in Asia and a good, quick noodle dish is always an option when I couldn't be arsed prepping something more complex. Also agree that the Shin noodles are the best - side note, you can find them in every one of the 7 countries we have called home over the years.번역 보기

Chef Andy keeps it so so real .. things falling around .. thinking out loud while cooking .. it doesn't get more real than this .. I can't think of a better cooking channel .. wish I could eat what he cooks.. for that matter learn from him번역 보기
