Chole Bhature - He's doing this in memory of his father. And yeah, he’s one of the richest guys in Uttam Nagar!, Vijay Sir, the 'Ganit Drona' math and accounts teacher literally the nicest person in Delhi.

ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय नमः 🌹🙏🙏 Uttam Nagar is also important area in Delhi and its Street food famous be it Chole-Bhature, chole-kulche, kachori with all ko sabzi, chaats,allo tikkis, paneer tikka etc all dishes served are of good quality and quantity.
