a theory : the company knows that MAN0N is one of the popular and core members of the group so they couldn't just kick her out or announce that she left without backlash to the group or company so they are making fans get used to OT5 subconsciously then they'll finally announce her departure OR they are still negotiating an updated contract with better terms with her to see if they get to a middle ground .
