Yeah Jason Farmer is spot on with most of his recipes and really goes deep dive for the actual ingrdients to get it right for American Chinese cuisine. Most people make the mistake of not even using the right soy sauces as I, like a stupid American just assumed Kikoman was used for multiple Asian cuisines considering its on the table at take out joints lol.번역 보기

Okay, this Chicken Lo Mein looks seriously better than take-out! I love how everything comes together so quickly, and that glossy sauce coating the noodles and chicken has me seriously hungry.
